Meet the Team
Wareham Wednesdays has a dedicated team of committee and non-committee members who throughout the year assist in the organisation of a whole range of tasks needed to make Wareham Wednesdays happen...from road closures and traffic management, stage and entertainment booking, PR and marketing, stall booking, merchandising and being an event day volunteer...there is a role for everyone!

Ant Pack
Chairman
Ant is our returning Chairman and has played a major part on the Wareham Wednesdays team since 2014, and is our chief medical representative. Ant, has a ‘cool and calm’ approach and gets things done efficiently and effectively.
Andy Critchell
Vice Chairman
Andy is our returning Vice Chairman and has been a major support for the past six years, playing a pivotal role in making sure things get to the right place at the right time! Andy puts in many hours working behind the scenes, to ensure the events go ahead without any issues.
Debs Donaldson
Treasurer
Debs is our newly appointed Treasurer and has been on the Wareham Wednesdays committee for several years, providing fantastic support behind the scenes and working tirelessly behind the Wareham Wednesdays bar on event nights. We are delighted to welcome Debs to the Officers Committee.
Dave Painter
Secretary
Dave is our newly appointed Secretary, who loves a spreadsheet or two, and will be keeping us on track throughout the year! Dave has been providing amazing support to Wareham Wednesdays over the past couple of years, and we welcome him to his new role.
Trudi Critchell
Events Committee Member
Trudi has been a key member of the team for a number of years, and is an integral part of the events committee. She sources our themed merchandise and works effortlessly behind the Wareham Wednesdays bar each event night.
Claire Dutton
Events Committee Member
Claire joined the team a year ago to help update our branding and social media offering. She created our new website and continues to provide support for all events behind the scenes and on event nights, wondering around with a camera, say "Cheese!"
Helen Casey
Events Committee Member
Helen is an indispensable member of the Wareham Wednesdays committee, having just stepped down as the valued 2025 committee Secretary, she continues to bring her enthusiasm, ideas and knowledge to the team table.

From assisting with event planning and logistics to helping out on the day with setting up stalls, greeting visitors, or managing activities, your time and skills can make a real impact. No prior experience is required - just enthusiasm and a willingness to get involved.
